Project Scope

Located within Canberra’s Parliamentary Triangle, ANZAC Park East will be a mixed-use precinct at the heart of the defence precinct and the nation’s most symbolic address for commemoration of ANZAC Parade.

Project Outcomes

Capital Precast have been awarded the supply of 3600x1800x2.410 Box Culverts for the stormwater diversion.

Currently we have supplied around 20 units with a further 20 to go including splayed units.

We also Supplied 1350 RRJ Class 4 Concrete pipe.

Box Culverts

Made from heavy-duty (50MPa) precast concrete, our Box Culverts are designed and manufactured to AS1597.2-2013 standards. Each unit includes four OFF lifting anchors as per certified design.

Civilmart Box Culverts are made from heavy-duty reinforced concrete, and have been used in stormwater projects across rural and metro NSW.

RMS Specification Box Culverts are available, designed to RMS B80, RMS R16 and RMS R11. TMR (QLD) Specification Box Culverts are also available on request.

The standard fill height is 0 – 2m, with greater fill heights available on request. Exposure Classifications of either B1, B2 or C are available on request.

Our Box Culverts have a standard nominal length of 2440mm and are available as invert or crown.
