Product Details
Civilmart Duraspun® precast building columns provide multiple advantages over typical cast in-situ construction, including dramatically reduced construction speeds, reduced design and construction costs and improved quality control.
The centrifugal spun process provides very high strength, whilst the hollow core reduces lifting mass, and allows for internal drainage fitment or core-filling after placement.
Civilmart’s in-house structural design team can provide project-specific designs to precise requirements, with customised wall thickness, and varying strength values and fire ratings as required.
Columns are delivered to site ready to erect and complete with cast-in fixings for fast connection to footings, beams and other building elements. Columns are available in a number of tapered or parallel diameters, in single-piece lengths of up to 24m.
